HibiscusHibiscus £ These deep crimson leaves are rich in vitamin C and minerals. Hibiscus infuses to make a tangy, cranberry-like drink, excellent sweetened with honey or iced. Recent studies have shown that drinking a hibiscus infusion can help to lower blood pressure.
Honeybush Honeybush £ Like its cousin rooibos, honeybush is cultivated in a small area of South Africa’s Eastern Cape region. A little heartier and sweeter than rooibos, with a distinctive honey flavour and rich in anti-oxidants.

The difference being that redbush goes through a longer oxidation process, making the leaves have a dark red colour. Greenbush, however, goes through minimal processing and so stays a green colour, preserving many more of its natural benefits. The flavour of greenbush is similar to redbush, but has a more herbal flavour.
